1. Purpose
Pulavor is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and productive communication environment. This policy defines what constitutes spam, establishes the standards we hold ourselves and our users to, and explains how violations are handled.
2. Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, spam refers to any unsolicited, irrelevant, or repetitive communication sent in bulk or targeted at individuals without their prior consent. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Automated mass messaging without recipient opt-in
- Content that promotes illegal activity or fraudulent services
3. Our Commitments
3.1 Consent-Based Communication
Pulavor only sends electronic communications to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive them. We do not purchase, rent, or borrow email lists from third parties. All subscription-based communications are initiated by the user through a confirmed opt-in process.
3.2 Clear Identification
All messages sent by Pulavor clearly identify the sender, include a valid return address, and accurately represent the nature of the communication in the subject line or message header.
3.3 Unsubscribe Mechanism
Every promotional or newsletter-type communication we send includes a visible and functional unsubscribe link or instruction. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and processed within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding ten (10) business days.
3.4 Transactional Messages
Certain messages are sent as a necessary part of service delivery, including account confirmations, password resets, and activity notifications. These are not promotional in nature and are not subject to opt-out, as they are required for the operation of your account.
4. User Obligations
Users of the Pulavor platform must not engage in any activity that constitutes spam or facilitates spam-like behavior. Prohibited actions include:
